Originally on a Division 1 athletics trajectory, he shifted early into digital assets, spending his formative years trading and analysing blockchain ecosystems. Beau holds a real estate license from Champions School of Real Estate and built practical experience in appraisal, valuation modelling, and hard-money lending, developing strong foundations in risk assessment, capital efficiency, and deal execution.

Mo is a product-focused strategist with 15+ years of experience delivering complex commercial projects for international clients. He has led narrative development, user-facing storytelling, and large production teams for brands including Lenovo and Apple. Mo has also run several small creative and production businesses, giving him hands-on experience with operations, budgeting, and client delivery. At Lynk, he oversees product communication, UI/UX, and platform operations, ensuring the product's narrative, design, and execution stay cohesive and aligned with long-term goals.

Leo is a finance and policy specialist with 20+ years of experience in strategic advisory, risk management, and financial regulation. He has worked at the Bank of England since 2013, progressing into senior roles where he helped shape financial stability frameworks. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at AXA in strategy and risk management. An ACCA-qualified professional with an MSc in International Business, Leo brings deep regulatory and risk expertise to bridging traditional finance with the crypto ecosystem.
